I am passionate about sharing my love for Yoga, making it user friendly, and incorporating Yoga and its benefits in everyday life. Certified in 200hr Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga, as well as Kids and Teen Yoga, my students range from 2 to 82 years old. Through my own years of refinement, practice and education, I truly believe Yoga can be for everyone. Having been a kid’s Yoga teacher for many years, I experienced first hand how a yoga practice can bring calm, focus and harmony into learning environment. I was fortunate enough to be student at Vivika yoga studio, where I was inspired to learn, deepen my own practice and become a yoga instructor myself.I am driven by ability as a teacher to guide my students through a personally fulfilling yoga experience that is centering, energizing, yet at the same time, relaxing.
